This Parenting Service is funded by the Department of Communities to support parents and carers of children who reside in the local government areas of Mundaring, Swan, Bassendean & Bayswater.

Anxiety is a common emotional experience for children, and understanding its signs, how to support your child, and recognising your own reactions are crucial steps in fostering a supportive environment.

We will learn:

• signs & symptoms of anxiety

• how we can support our child

• understanding our own reactions

• what supports can I access
