Adam offers a weekly online group session every Friday at lunchtime, designed to help you understand what’s happening beneath the surface and provide practical tools to support a calmer, more balanced way of being.
Koha contributions are welcome but not required.
These sessions are held online, allowing you to join from the comfort of your own space. There’s no pressure to speak or turn your camera on. A Q&A is available at the end for those who wish to ask questions or share.
