His qualifications include a Master Practitioner certification in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), a Master Practitioner in Neuro-Semantics, as well as training in Nutrition Coaching, Emotional Release Therapy, and Level 4 Personal Training.
Having personally navigated and overcome anxiety — along with other life challenges — Adam brings not only professional expertise but also deep personal understanding to his work.
