Anytime Anywhere Meditation Workshop
Learn Transformative Practices for Everyday Life

In today's fast-paced world, stress, anxiety, and overwhelm seem to be constant companions. What if there was a way to navigate these challenges with more ease and resilience?
Beginning on Saturday 26 September 2026, Tergar Certified Anytime, Anywhere Meditation Teacher, Bradley Hammond will teach an Anytime Anywhere Meditation workshop that introduces a simple yet transformative practice that helps you connect with inner qualities of awareness, compassion, and wisdom to find balance amidst the chaos.
The course will run over five 2-hour sessions, on Saturdays from the end of September, through to the end of October 2026.
Designed by world-renowned meditation teacher and best-selling author Mingyur Rinpoche, Anytime Anywhere Meditation is a short, comprehensive program that makes meditation accessible and practical for modern life.
Anyone can join Anytime Anywhere Meditation, regardless of religious or cultural orientation. Though rooted in the ancient Buddhist teachings of Tibet, the practices taught in the program are not religious in nature.

Awareness, compassion, and wisdom are innate qualities within you.
You can meditate anytime, anywhere, under any circumstance.

About your Instructor,
Bradley Hammond (TCAAMT)

"For those of us living in remote and regional areas, access to authentic meditation teachings can seem very distant and remote. We may find ourselves forced to rely on fragments from many different sources and cultures. Without proper support it is easy to develop misconceptions and misunderstandings about what meditation is, what it isn’t and how to actually practice.
The important thing is we don’t have to do it alone, and I am delighted to invite you to join me for this introductory course."
Bradley first began practicing meditation in Africa in 1992 at the age of 18 under the guidance of Akong Tulku Rinpoche, Lama Yeshe Losal Rinpoche and Rob Nairn. He lived at JHB Samye Dzong Buddhist Centre before undertaking a 3-month meditation retreat at Kagyu Samye Ling Monastery in Scotland in 2001.
Since arriving in Australia in 2001, Bradley has received meditation guidance from Traleg Kyabgon Rinpoche, Gebchak Wangdrak Rinpoche, Dekhung Gyaltsey Tulku Rinpoche, Mingyur Rinpoche and Lama Chewang Norbu Bhutia.
In 2026 Bradley completed a Meditation Teacher Training Program (MTP) under the guidance of Mingyur Rinpoche and Tergar International instructor Frederic Acquier and is a Tergar Certified Anywhere Anytime Meditation Teacher.
Bradley is a visual artist with a Masters in Visual Arts from Monash University and has been the Director of Orange Regional Gallery for the past 10 years.
