Our newly refurbished Queens Terrace Café is now open, serving home-made pies, sausage rolls and delicious cake and pastry treats, in addition to coffee, tea and cold drinks, including wine and beer. At the end of your tour, you can stay a while and enjoy the food and the view. Due to our COVID safe measures, seating capacity for QTC is maximum 30 and you will need to confirm your contact details on entry.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS - 'APH Building Tour + Question Time'
30 Nov to 3 Dec and 7 Dec to 10 Dec 2020

Please arrive as close to session commencement time as possible for a group briefing by a Visitor Experience staff member. Session groups will be briefed on entry conditions, session wayfinding and safety requirements.
Please minimise the amount of personal items you bring into the building including bulky items such as large bags, prams and strollers to assist with a smooth entry through security.
Each group will be guided through a defined route from entry to exit throughout APH public spaces.
Entry may be refused to people who appear to be intoxicated or under the influence of illicit substances, or who act in a threatening or unruly manner.
Conditions of entry to Australian Parliament House must be followed which includes security screening and inspection of personal possessions. Please allow sufficient time to clear security screening before the event commencement time.
Patrons must comply with any reasonable directions given by a Parliamentary Security Service Officer or member of the Australian Federal Police.
Cloaking will be available for your visit.
Visitors with access requirements will be able to use equipment including wheelchairs and scooters.
The data collected in this booking will be used to process your booking and for the Department of Parliamentary Services internal administrative purposes in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988. • Limited capacity in public spaces, please follow signage recommendations
• Visitor Services staff will be available to assist visitors and monitor the flow of people through APH
• Consistent with ACT Government recommendations visitors will be asked to provide their name and contact number. These details will only be used should contact tracing be required
• Sanitiser stations throughout the APH public spaces
• Additional cleaning of the APH public spaces including high-traffic areas
• Mobility equipment sanitised after each use
• Closure of some smaller spaces including APH roof, 'Small Viewing Room' and 'Main Committee Room' foyer
