The most powerful love that we can create is love for ourselves. Self love and self care is vital for us to be in an empowered state, knowing what we want and what we desire in our lives.

As women, we have a tendency to put the needs of others before our own, but it is time to put yourself first and prioritise your needs.

This 2.5 hour workshop has been designed to remind and educate you around the importance of self love and self care. it's time set aside for you to relax and indulge yourself in life's little pleasures.

You don't need to go out and spend lots of $$$ on expensive skincare or a spa treatment when you can learn to make your own products from ingredients in and around your home.

- The workshop includes a mocktail or cacao tea on arrival.
- Circle DISCUSSION and sharing
- EXPLORATION of what self love and self care means to you and how you make this a priority in your life
- RECEIVING - Sensory Meditation (a special facilitated meditation by Mixch & Tash)
- CREATE your own bath salts/foot soak. We will be providing beautiful dried herbs and botanicals for you to make your very own salts. Taking time to tune into your body and what it desires.
- EXPAND your experience with a gentle yoga session with our beautiful land host Liza (suitable for all bodies).
- SUPPORT yourself with the fun of retail therapy - a beautiful way to gift yourself from self care packs, support tools and offerings, locally crafted jewellery.
