😀 Dear @FirstName ,

We’re so excited to welcome you to the second Apollo Bay Second Chance Market (ABSCM)!

The big day is Saturday 3rd Jan 2026 and we’re looking forward to seeing your fantastic stalls and creations.

To ensure everything runs smoothly, here are a few reminders:

Set-Up Time: Please arrive between 7:30am and 8:30am to set up your stall. We expect early birds but we will try hold customers back. This allows plenty of time to get organised before the market opens at 9:00am.
If you are running late please let us know by calling Maryanne on 0402332571.
Terms & Conditions: A friendly reminder to review the ABSCM Terms & Conditions (attached). These cover everything from stall boundaries to safety practices and cleaning up your space after the market. Your cooperation ensures a fun and safe environment for everyone!
Bring a snack: Best to bring something to get you through the day, there is a kitchen with a fridge and water + kettle.
Parking: You can double park by the entrance to unload but we will encourage stall holders to try to park further down the street to allow customers room to park.
Float: don’t forget to bring some change or charge your square or like devices to take payments. SQUARE now allow electronic payments to be taken either phone to phone or card to phone- which means you no longer the little white box- note: this is only for some newer phones. Check if your eligible
(Maryanne is also happy to process any stall holders card payments on the day -Just add $1 for fee’s)
We recommend you price your items clearly either with a sign or individually. Also if you’re going to reduce your prices in the last hours have those signs ready to pull out also.
Please bring some bags- just some you have around the house, to fit your items for customers.
Aesthetics- consider bringing something to cover the table or provide hight difference when displaying your items, this can be done with boxes etc.

Thank you for bringing your energy and creativity to the market. We can’t wait to see your stalls come to life and to share this special day with you.

If you have any questions or need further assistance, don’t hesitate to reach out.

See you bright and early on market day

Warm regards,

Maryanne & Belinda
