Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST) is a two-day interactive workshop in suicide first-aid that teaches you how to recognise when someone may be at risk of suicide and how to work with them to create a plan that will support their immediate safety. ASIST workers can be compared to the first aid officer on site.

ASIST is an internationally certified and recognised training and is considered the best practice when it comes to suicide intervention programs.

Anyone 16 and over is eligible to register for this training session and no prerequisites are required.

Cost = $330 (incl. GST) per person or if you have a current and valid CITB number, the cost is only $100 (please note to check your CITB number is valid and has available funds with CITB prior to booking)

Please note this is a two-day workshop and you will need to be present for both days.
