MEET YOUR FACILITATOR - SAM BERRY

Sam Berry is a Self Love coach who helps people out of the stress and self judgment, and into the joy of living. His desire is to get people empowered to know what they know so that they can bring what they know here to earth in order to help create a thriving, sustainable planet. Self expression and self embodiment are what he inspire others to.

Having started his journey 8 years ago, Sam became dedicated to discovering how great life could get through expanding his consciousness. Having spent years studying with Access Consciousness, trying different modalities such as shamanic breath work, reiki, yoga, sound healing, Access Bars, ecstatic dance to name some, he devotes himself to exploring what else is possible in creating a phenomenal life here on earth. One thing Sam does is inspires other to step into the gift of themselves so that they can be the gift they be to the planet which is through the difference they truly are which can only come once we start getting out of judgment. Sam has being coaching for 4 years and been an Access Bars Practitioner for 4 years also.

Teaching for eight years now and having been so invested in mental-health, Neha founded Artful Yoga Gallery (a not-for-profit) in 2021 and where many practitioners along with herself coach and help heal mental health in our communities. She coaches on relationships (to self and others) using attachment theory, and emotional intelligence to help the journey to self-awareness. Her love language is Yoga - it's the way she show humans how much she loves them; and herself. Sound healing is an element she uses with her in her journey of contributing change to the community.
