Flight of the Hummingbird is a 9-Week online Vocal & Creative Reclamation

(1 Live 2hr Zoom Session and 30min playful Creative Project per week)

Flight of the Hummingbird is a 9-week Immersive Journey into voice, vibration, creativity, intuition and embodied remembrance — using sound as a pathway back to your authentic resonance, creative vitality and soul expression.

Woven through our journey is the spirit of the hummingbird — our tiny, yet mighty ambassador of resonance, joy and impossibility made possible.

Through intuitive vocal play, vocal activation, elemental exploration, nervous system attunement and energetic coherence, we will gently un-become who we are not… and remember the frequency of what we truly are.

This is not simply a singing course...

It is a journey into voice as medicine.
Voice as truth.
Voice as creative intelligence.
Voice as a bridge between body, spirit, nature and the unseen worlds.

Throughout Our 9 Weeks Together We Will Explore:

✨ Song and intuitive sound as a pathway to un-become who we are not

✨ Vocal techniques, harmonic exploration and playful practices to expand your singing capacity and deepen love for your unique voice resonance

✨ Sound as a tuning fork for biofield coherence, nervous system regulation, cellular vitality and vibrant clarity of mind

✨ Vocal resonance as a compass for truth, discernment, self-care and aligned living

✨ Creative expansion practices to unlock hidden gifts, possibility and authentic expression

✨ Sound channeling as a pathway into heightened intuition, multi-sensory awareness, telepathic sensitivity, shamanic perception and deep listening

✨ The relationship between vibration, emotion, memory and the body

✨ Connection with the intelligent living language of nature — the resonance of water, trees, mycelium networks, animals and elemental realms — explored with groundedness, joy and discernment

✨ The power of group harmonics, co-regulation and collective resonance

✨ Remembering voice not as performance… but as a living extension of soul

"What a sensational course! This is by far the best course I have done online. The way it’s structured allows for an intimacy and connection with the group unlike anything I have experienced online before.

The content is profound and life changing if you’re ready to go there. Not only do I enjoy the sensation of resonating now, I also feel more comfortable with being vulnerable and authentic, learning to accept who I am in my full range of colour and flavour."

Ashari H.

I share this work in deep gratitude to the wisdom of natures elements and to those who have participated in the development of 'the work', by weaving their own soul mastery and gifts through previous courses.

Massive respect to you, who are courageously liberating your own Soul Songs as you continue to pass it forward through your essential and unique expression into the world. We all thrive in cycles and spirals as we share our Heart Song’s into the world.
