APRDA’s 1st Annual Charity Golf Day – Proudly Sponsored by Ray White Shore Group

Join us for the APRDA Annual Charity Golf Day on Thursday, 8th May 2025, at Club Parkwood Golf Course! Proudly sponsored by Ray White Shore Group, this exciting event brings together corporate teams, local businesses, and golf enthusiasts to support Arundel Park Riding for Disabled Inc.

Enjoy a fantastic day on the green while raising funds for our Community-driven Centre, which provides life-changing equine programs for children and adults with disabilities.

Arundel Park Riding for Disabled Inc (APRDA) is a Not-for-Profit Charity Organisation founded in 1981 with the focus to provide a horse-riding experience for children and adults with a disability.

For over 40 years volunteers have been instrumental in the everyday activities and running of this service. We have been in our current location in the tranquil Coombabah Lakelands since 1985, we are centrally located on the Gold Coast with easy access to public transport.

Groups of riders from schools, residential care, and individual riders with and without a disability ride from Monday to Friday throughout the school term. We currently have 135 participants who attend weekly along with their carers or parent/s, friends and other family members.

The Staff and Committee members, past and present, strive to make this unique environment accessible to everyone.

The hero of our organisation is the herd of incredible horses who play the most important role in teaching life lessons and bringing joy to so many.

APRDA has received support from Government and non-government organisations along with Clubs, Sponsors, Horse Sponsors, Businesses, Suppliers and Donors.

APRDA would like to thank all those that have been part of its history and those looking towards our future.
