MEET YOUR HOST: HANNAH MOORE

Hannah Moore is a naturopath and kinesiologist with a natural ability to understand and heal emotional imbalances. With 16 years of clinical experience, she has uncovered deep healing wisdom that helps people tune into their bodies and create the changes needed for true health, vitality, and balance.

Many people believe their health struggles are purely physical, but Hannah’s years of practice have shown that emotional well-being plays a profound role in healing. She has been running these events for her current and past clients, and now, for the first time, she’s opening them to the public—giving you the opportunity to begin your own emotional healing journey in a supportive and transformative space.


WHAT IS BREATHWORK AND HOW DOES IT WORK?

Breathwork is a truly transformational modality that's growing in popularity worldwide. This is because you can clear so much baggage in a good breathwork session! Some people say 1 hour of breathwork is like 10 years of therapy and I tend to agree.

During a therapeutic breathwork session, your brain experiences a phenomenon called ‘transient hypofrontality’. This is where the prefrontal cortex in the brain temporarily shuts down and goes quiet. The prefrontal cortex is the home of the conscious rational brain (the one that never shuts up), and when this quietens down it allows the breather to tap into deep layers of the subconscious mind and psyche.

When we experience trauma and hard times... the trauma and emotions literally get trapped in our body. Breathwork helps release this once the noisy mind shuts down. Many people have profound emotional releases, spiritual experiences, healings or visions that take place during a session.
