Event description
We have 2 exciting programs to offer!
Age range from 6 years old to adults!
1) Taekwondo Intensive based on belt level
- For the beginners: basics (kicks, strikes, blocks), general strength, fitness and flexibility
- For the intermediate/advanced students: Poomsae, sparring, demonstration, hoshinsul (self defence)
- Bring lunch, water and snacks
2) Art + Taekwondo collaboration with The Art Factory for school aged kids with/without taekwondo experience
- Art and craft activities from 10am - 2pm
- We pick up from The Art Factory (7/22 Thomas Street Chatswood)
- Taekwondo until 3.30pm (activities vary based on experience level)
- Bring lunch, water and snacks
