Commit to a morning practice to set the stage for the best day possible. Abby Spotskey and Stephanie Welch have teamed up to provide the foundation of a morning Sadhana.

Abby's all levels yoga class will combine the benefits of movement, strength, mediation and breath to accelerate you into your day weeks 1 & 4. Stephanie will offer the potency of Kundalini Yoga weeks 2 & 3.

Gathering via the online format allows us to come together as a community yet no need to even change out of your pajamas! Set up your home yoga studio with a mat, blanket, and a couple of blocks. Don't like sitting on the ground? You may conduct much of the class from a supportive chair.

With this registration, sign up for 2, week long, sessions for $30, (10 days total) with Abby. Option to pay for individual classes for $5 or pay what you wish. Class is weekdays only April 1-26. See checkout for details to join the online classes.
