April Friends Night: Craft and Design Canberra

Continuing our Canberra adventuring, our April Friends night will be held at Craft + Design Canberra. Join us in a social evening with C+D's Members as Exhibitions Coordinator Stacy Jewell introduces two concurrent exhibitions: STAUNCH. - a self titled exhibition, by the cultural collective making works of art that generate Blak excellence, each artist with their own creative practice drawing from Country, Community and collaboration;  and Rewild  by Michele Grimston and Hannah McKellar which presents new work developed through the 2025 Craft + Design Canberra Artist-in-Residence program at Cinerea Cottage, located within Tidbinbilla Nature Reserve.

While the Drill Hall is closed for roof remediation Friends events will take place at alternate venues on and off campus. If you require accessibility accommodations or a visitor Personal Emergency Evacuation plan please contact the event organiser.
