An Immersive Large-Format Mixology Experience

Step behind the bar and into the Earl Giles Apothecary, where craft meets creativity. In this immersive cocktail class, guests are invited to explore the art and science of flavor through the use of botanical extracts, tinctures, and handcrafted elixirs—all developed by the Earl Giles team.

Designed for groups of up to 60 guests, this experience blends hands-on cocktail making with live demonstration, guided tastings, and interactive flavor exploration. Guests will learn how the apothecary builds vibrant layers of taste, aroma, and balance—and then craft three signature cocktails that showcase the spectrum of mixology styles:

Old Fashioned – Discover the foundation of a perfectly balanced, spirit-forward classic, and experiment with aromatic botanicals that deepen complexity.

Gin Collins – Shake up a bright, refreshing cocktail featuring our Ginger Lemon Honey Elixir, bringing natural warmth, citrus, and subtle sweetness.

Cosmopolitan – Reinvent this iconic favorite with our Cranberry Hibiscus Elixir, adding a floral and tart twist that transforms the familiar into something extraordinary.

Throughout the class, participants will have the opportunity to season and personalize their cocktails using a curated selection of apothecary extracts and flavor tinctures—learning firsthand how small adjustments can change the entire drinking experience.
