Aqua Sculpt is a 45 minute Mat Pilates full body workout incorporating strength, flexibility, balance and relaxation. Work multiple muscle groups simultaneously and challenge your balance.

This class is ideal for your first Aqua Sculpt class, is suitable for all levels and will give you a full taster our of signature Pilates class. We will challenge your core, you will experience our signature "Sculpt Wave" and you will get playful with our balance teasers before concluding the class with some relaxation.
