Discover our signature floating Pilates experiences designed to strengthen the body, calm the mind, and connect you with the present moment. Our core-sculpting challenge of Floating Pilates offers a fun, playful and effective workout that is not only super social but also a unique way to move, breathe, and reset.
Who can join?
All fitness levels are welcome especially beginners. No experience necessary.
What to wear?
Wear anything that you feel comfortable in whether it be swimwear or activewear. Please ensure whatever you wear has support and also it can get wet.
What to bring?
All your equipment is included in your ticket price. Just bring a change of clothes, a towel, a bottle of water for hydration and suncream.
What to expect?
Expect to have a lot of fun, meet new people, try something complete new and experience an effective workout!
Where to find us?
Centrally located on Bellamy Beach you can access the pathway either via The Boathouse Rose Bay or besides the Police Station. Once on the beach you can’t miss us and our pink Aqua Sculpt boards.
