Cancellations - you are welcome to transfer your spot to a friend at no extra cost, provided you notify us prior to the retreat.
If you need to transfer your spot to a friend and they are in shared accommodation, it is your responsibility to ensure your replacement is approved by your roommate(s) and that all parties are comfortable with the change.
We recommend guests purchase travel insurance in case of any unforeseen circumstances.
