Description

A small group exploring Authentic Relating together over four sessions.

A note about timing:

The group is currently planned for Thursdays at 6pm EST, starting Thursday, October 29th, and continuing for four sessions.

Because I’m forming the group based on interest, the day or time may shift slightly if that helps bring the right people together. If you’re genuinely interested in being part of the group but this particular time doesn’t work for you, I still encourage you to register your interest and let me know what time would work better for you.

This is an expression of interest, rather than a confirmed booking. Once there is enough interest to form the group, I’ll confirm the dates and details with everyone who has registered.

What we're creating together

I'm continually amazed by what happens when people slow down and become genuinely curious about each other.

Most of us spend our days moving from one thing to the next. We have conversations, but we don't always feel deeply connected. We make assumptions without realizing it. We miss opportunities to really see the people in front of us.

This series is an invitation to pause and explore a different way of relating, together with the same small group of people over several weeks.

We'll meet for four sessions, with the possibility of adding an extra session if the group would like to continue.

Every session will be different. I'll bring a selection of Authentic Relating games and exercises, and we'll create an experience shaped by the people who are in the room. Some moments will be playful, some may be surprisingly meaningful, and many will simply invite us into conversations we might not otherwise have.

This isn't a course with a fixed curriculum. The sessions will be shaped by the group, what emerges between us, and what feels alive and useful to explore as we go.

The group will be kept intentionally small, with 6 to 9 participants, to give everyone enough space to participate and get to know each other.

What is Authentic Relating?

Authentic Relating is a collection of games and practices that help people connect in a more genuine way. They invite us to slow down, notice what's happening in ourselves, listen with curiosity, and meet one another with a little more presence.

You don't need to be outgoing, good at communicating, or "good with people." You also won't be asked to share anything you don't want to. Everything is an invitation, and you're always welcome to pass.

Is this for me?

This group is for anyone who enjoys meaningful conversations and is curious about exploring a different way of connecting with others.

Because we'll be spending several sessions together, I'm particularly interested in bringing together people who are genuinely curious about the practice and willing to participate in the process of getting to know one another.

If this would be your first Authentic Relating experience, I'll have a short conversation with you before confirming your place. It's simply a chance for us to meet, for you to ask any questions you might have, and to make sure the group feels like a good fit.

Contribution

The suggested contribution for the four-session series is $80 USD.

This is a pay-what-feels-right model, so if $80 isn't accessible for you, you're welcome to contribute what feels appropriate for your circumstances.

If you're able to contribute more, that also helps make it possible for me to keep offering these spaces in an accessible way.

If the group chooses to continue for an additional session, I'll invite a separate contribution for that session.
