2025 Annual General Meeting.
Join us for the the launch of the 2026-2030 Strategic Plan and the Tabiea Masiruna Community Driven Climate Action Plan.
AGM Chair and Special Guest: Rathana Chea
Rathana Chea is an Australian community leader and climate advocate with over 25 years’ experience in social change, human rights, and environmental work across six continents. A long-time ally of Arab Council Australia, he supported the Arab-speaking community during the aftermath of the Cronulla riots. Rathana is the founder and CEO of rathana.org and co-founder of the Multicultural Leadership Initiative (MLI). Recognised among the 2024 Most Impactful Asian-Australians, his work continues to advance inclusive leadership and climate justice globally.
Returning Officer: Sophia Nasser
Sophia Nasser is a former Board Member of Arab Council Australia and an Industrial and employment lawyer working in the trade union movement.
