Event description
Learn to cook an Arabic feast of kebabs (beef and lamb) in tortilla bread, accompanied by bulgur with tomatoes and zucchini and a traditional yogurt salad with our chef Taghreed!
What's included?
- Overview of Syrian/Jordanian food customs
- Participants preparing and cooking the dishes from scratch
- Eating the dishes together (if time) or take-away.
- Recipes to take home.
Classes are limited to 6 people and will take place in Mela Kulcha's commercial kitchen.
Please wear non-slip, enclosed-toe shoes and limited hand jewelry. If you have long hair, please tie it back (for hygiene reasons). Aprons will be provided.
You are encouraged to bring take-away containers to take food home!
