Aramoana Wild Spring Medicinal Plant Walk

Join bioregional herbalist Stephen Parker on a restorative medicinal plant walk at Aramoana from 1pm-2.30pm on Saturday 9 October. Stephen will share insights into a range of introduced and native local plant species that can be crafted into safe and effective plant medicine.
Optional wild cold-water immersion and breath work session 2.30-3pm.
Your guide Stephen Parker (PhD), a herbalist, wild-crafter and outdoor educator,has run medicinal plant walks for around 7 years all over Te Waipounamu and incorporated herbalism into his work as an outdoor instructor. Wild medicinal plants is his passion.
Meet at the Pari Street carpark, Aramoana
Cost: $40 per adult and children free.
All proceeds will go towards buying a bucket of local honey and apple cider vinegar to make more medicine for the people in our community.
