Aranui - Create NZ Nature on a T-shirt - H1th
Event description
Join us for creative workshops where you will get to create a unique image of New Zealand nature using a range of different art techniques.
These images will then be transferred onto a cotton T-shirt or bag, using a DTG (direct-to-garment) printer.
This is a great way of highlighting New Zealand ‘s City Nature Challenge 2025 and all of our wonderful native flora and fauna!
Embrace the beauty of all our native species and unleash your creativity with this fun, hands-on activity!
Create a one-of-a-kind piece of artwork that you can wear or use.
Special information:
You will need to supply your own plain light-coloured garment to press the design onto (ideally a t-shirt) - please wash prior, so the starch doesn't interfere with the printing.
No prior artistic skills necessary
Ages:
Recommended for 5+ years
Children 9 years and under must be accompanied by an adult
