    Event description

This is a follow up to last year's popular workshop, Basics of BASH Scripting. BASH (Bourne Again Shell) is more than just an command line interface for linux/unix operating systems. It is a fully fledged scripting programming language. This short course will introduce the concepts of writing custom scripts for text file and file system manipulation. It will cover concepts of program loops, logic statements and how the syntax works in BASH. This is aimed towards beginner/intermediate level users and will be very helpful for those who do cryoEM!

Presenters: Dr. Matt Belousoff (Monash) and Dr. Josh Hardy (WEHI).

This workshop is for CCeMMP members and affiliates only.
Spots are limited, please ensure that you register your attendance. The exact location will be provided upon registration.
    Lunch will be provided.
