You'll learn:

Meal Planning: Choosing recipes, creating grocery lists & balancing nutrition

Batch Cooking: Preparing multiple meals in advance

Storage & Organisation: Portioning, labelling, and storing meals safely

Time-Saving Tips: Quick prep techniques, using appliances efficiently

Healthy Habits: Incorporating variety, mindful eating, and reducing food waste
