🌊✨ Escape to Port Stephens with us! ✨🌊

Get ready for an epic coastal adventure to Port Stephens, a day packed with stunning beaches, towering sand dunes, and unforgettable views 🌞🏝️.

We’ll start the day heading north from UNSW to the beautiful seaside town of Shoal Bay, where you’ll have around 90 minutes of free time to relax and explore. Swim in the crystal-clear water 🏊, lay in the sun on the beach 🏖️, grab a drink or ice cream 🍦, or join an optional guided walk up Mount Tomaree for incredible panoramic views of the coastline.

Next, we’ll head over to the massive sand dunes at Anna Bay for a thrilling sandboarding experience! First, jump into a 4WD dune transfer across the desert-like landscape of the Stockton sand dunes 🏜️🚙. Then it’s time to grab a board and race down the dunes, one of the most fun and unique experiences in NSW 🏂🎉.

With beautiful beaches, epic views, and an adrenaline-filled sandboarding session, this Port Stephens day trip is the perfect coastal escape from Sydney 🌊✨.

This trip is valued at $150 per person, but for UNSW students only, we are offering these trips for a HUGE discount of $10! (Excluding Humanitix fees)

WHAT TO BRING

🍼 Water bottle, snacks & sunscreen

💳 UNSW Student ID Card with an Arc sticker or your Arc digital membership

🧗 Activewear, hat and shoes that you're comfortable walking in (no sandals/thongs please!)

🥪 Lunch will be provided for various dietary requirements (incl. vegetarian, vegan and halal), however if you have very specific needs please bring your own lunch and snacks

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

You must bring your student ID with you.
Places are limited, therefore registrations are essential. If you're unable to attend, it is critical that you cancel your registration via Humanitix as soon as possible to allow other students the opportunity to participate.
In the event that you do not inform us about your cancellation, Arc retains the right to cancel any future trips you may have booked with us.

PLEASE NOTE

This program is for UNSW students only. UNSW Student ID's will be checked at each event and they must match the order details.
Tickets are not available for resale.
Any student who arrives over 10 minutes after the specified meet time will be denied entry, and not granted a refund.
Refunds will not be given within 48 hours / 2 business days of trip departure, regardless of the reason. Refunds must be requested via Humanitix, not email or through social media.

Refund policy

REFUND POLICY: - A full refund may only be permitted without detailed explanation before or during the first week of competitions and/ or courses. - After the first week of competition and/or courses all refunds will be subject to individual written applications to Arc @UNSW, sport administration. After week one of competitions and/or classes only a partial refund, Course/ sport transfer, and/ or a course/ sports credit may be granted after review of the individual application. - Credits: All course/ sports credits granted after review of application will expire after the following competition or course registrations have closed. - Transfers: All course/ sports transfers must occur before week two of the current course and/ or sports competition. - Refunds: The total amount of any refund provided for sports competitions or courses is at the discretion of Arc @UNSW, sport administration pending review of all written applications. - Refunds will not be provided if you simply change your mind after your purchase. - If after week one of competition a full refund is requested a detailed explanation and supporting documentation of extenuating circumstances must be submitted with the written application to Arc @UNSW, sport administration or the request will not be considered. - Refund period: The minimum time taken to receive a refund will be no less than two weeks however all refunds may take longer, with no time limit; pending review of application. - ALL Refunds, Credits, and transfers are at the sole discretion of Arc @UNSW, Sport Administration.
