Each Friday session is a repeat of the preceding Thursday session. Students can choose to attend on either Thursdays or Fridays and just turn up to their preferred session. There are no sessions on 2 and 3 July.

This module is an introduction to the Bible, how we received it and how it speaks to us today.

Participants will learn:

·       the Bible as we have received it

·       the Bible as communication: hearing and reading

·       the Bible in context

·       the great Biblical narrative

·       meaning and significance

·       the living word that speaks to us today
