This informal lunch gathering provides an opportunity for members to connect face-to-face, share experiences, discuss common challenges, and enjoy the company of fellow small practice architects.
Following discussions with members, AT Member Wayne Black has agreed to lead a discussion on Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR). Wayne is a registered architect with over 40 years’ experience in design and construction and is qualified in ADR, offering services including expert determination, mediation, negotiation, and expert witness reporting.
As part of the lunch, we will facilitate a discussion around:
• Current challenges facing small practices
• Lessons learned from complaints and reviews
• Practice systems and processes that support compliance
• Emerging issues and areas of concern for practitioners
