Ardross Primary School Quiz Night Fundraiser
Event description
Come and join us for the Ardross Primary P&C fundraiser quiz night to be held on Friday 4 August at 7pm in the Melville Bowling Club. The quiz component will start at 8pm.
Find yourself a team and lock in your table by purchasing a table of 10 tickets (use your class WhatsApp group to fill the table if needed). Remember to think of a team name and dress accordingly (if you wish). There will be a prize for the best dressed table. When filling in the registration form, if you don't have a team name then please just add your own name and we can add the team name later.
Your ticket purchase will include a raffle ticket to the door prize and entry into the quiz.
There will be a fully licenced bar - EFTPOS available. The bowling club runs happy hour from 5.30pm - 6.30pm on Friday evenings so if you fancy heading down a bit earlier, you would be welcome to.
BYO food for your table (no kitchen facilities available).
The evening will have a fun and interactive quiz, silent auction, live auction and other fun games to help raise money for the P&C. Please remember to dig deep and bring along some cash, EFTPOS will also be available for auction items and the games.
Our big auction prizes will be the very popular and in demand "your very own car park space in the Staff Carpark and Principal for the Day"
We will also be running a Wine Wall Raffle, you can purchase tickets for $10 each. To help make this raffle a success, we please ask all members of your table to bring a bottle of wine (wrapped in a brown paper bag) worth $15 or over. There will be some 'fine wines' already on the wine wall, so you never know what you could win.
This is going to be a great night with not only the quiz, but lots of games, laughter and fun. See you there!
