Our Guest Speakers

Sam Hillier is a holistic wellbeing practitioner, guide, and teacher with over 25 years of experience in bodywork, yoga, meditation, and seasonal wellbeing practices. She draws on Oriental medicine, shiatsu therapy, and dynamic meridian yoga therapy to help people reconnect with their body’s natural intelligence and capacity for healing. Grounded in Taoist philosophy and macrobiotic living, Sam highlights seasonal diet, movement, and daily rhythms as tools for balance and vitality. With a practical yet soulful approach, she weaves wisdom traditions into everyday life, inspiring others to nourish body, mind, heart, and soul for greater ease, connection, and joy.

Phil Dawson, founder of Ruby Lane Wholefoods and NutriMeals, has over 25 years in hospitality and 12 years leading purpose-driven businesses. After overcoming his own autoimmune condition, he became passionate about making healthy living more accessible, fun, and connected to community. Phil hosts events from breathwork and nutrition education to men’s mental health dinners, empowering people with practical tools and connection. Recognised as a values-led leader committed to integrity and sustainability, he has been featured in the Sydney Morning Herald, Qantas Magazine, and leading hospitality podcasts. A dad of two, Phil also loves surfing, diving, and trail running.

Dr. Laura Lum is an accredited psychologist and nutritionist specialising in integrative healthcare that bridges psychology, medicine, and nutrition for long-term wellness. She earned a First Class Honours degree in Psychology from University College London and completed her doctorate in counselling and psychotherapeutic psychology, alongside training in Human Nutrition. The first psychologist certified as a GAPS™ (Gut and Psychology Syndrome) Practitioner, she directs Elanora Heights Medical Practice, where she runs psychology and digestive health clinics. Through research, workshops, public speaking, and group therapy, Dr. Lum shares her expertise on emotional intelligence, relationships, gut health, and the mind–gut connection.

Angela Nicholson, a Narrabeen local, combines trauma-informed, embodied homeopathy with Inner Relationship Focusing (IRF) to support her clients in a practical and meaningful way. Her work is driven by genuine passion and her own individuation process. She believes people do their best work when they love what they do. Sessions focus on the space beneath the surface of the mind - she sees this as the space where the magic happens. In that space, she believes real insight, awareness and change become possible.

Looking forward to seeing you there!

Much Love,

Yasco & Zoë
