Under the energy of the Aries Full Moon, we gather to reconnect with our inner fire, courage and instinct.

This Full Moon illuminates the relationship between the self and others: between what we truly desire and what we sometimes silence to maintain harmony.

Aries invites us to notice where we have been holding ourselves back, where frustration or anger may have accumulated, and where life is asking us to be more honest about what we want.

This is not about reacting impulsively, but about giving that energy a conscious direction and finding the courage to act in alignment with who we are.

We’ll begin with a guided moving meditation, travelling through different parts of the body and allowing movement to express what words cannot.

We’ll then take part in a burning ritual to consciously release what we’re ready to leave behind.

To close, we’ll lie down and receive a crystal bowl sound healing, giving the body time to integrate, soften and rest.

This experience is not about knowing how to dance or following steps. It is an invitation to listen to your body, move without judgement and allow yourself to be fully present. All bodies and experience levels are welcome.
