aries full moon yoga & sound healing

The night will involve some words about the astrology around the full moon in fire sign Aries. Then I will guide us through a slow flow yoga practice focussing on movement of energy & cultivating calm. The yoga will be followed by sound healing with crystal sound bowls, oracle cards and some more personal astrology.

* The address is on High Street in Thornbury but the entrance is on Flinders Street, a side street just off of High Street. There is parking on Flinders street and the surrounding streets

* Send through your birth details (D.O.B, location and accurate time) to me after purchasing a ticket, if you feel comfortable with that/haven't already - it just helps me peronalise the astrology

* Just bring yourself and wear something comfortable - mats, bolsters, & blocks are all provided
