Drawing from her background as an astrologer and tarot reader, she incorporates planetary alignments, moon cycles and intuitive cues to help students tune into the wisdom of their own bodies and spirits.  Her joyful yet grounded approach aims to leave students feeling rejuvenated physically, mentally and spiritually.
