CACAO CEREMONY: 

Cacao has been used for generations by shamans and indigenous cultures to connect with their hearts deeper and elevate consciousness. The reason cacao is called a superfood is because it is very high in nutritional value. The cacao bean is rich in magnesium which is required for the body to help repair muscle, support healthy bones and even help with symptoms of anxiety. Please limit your intake of caffeine on the day and have a small bite to eat before arriving.

MUSIC CEREMONY:

Sound is thought manifested. Music is creative surrender and inspiration embodied in action. Music blurs the line between action and surrender. When we come together in a sacred circle and express sound through pure love, not only is this incredibly healing on the etheric body it amplifies whatever intention has been set prior on the night by intensifying the already existing vortex within the space. The sounds are vocal and can be freestyle, om chants, singing. Acoustic Instruments are also available. On this night we will be focusing on the power of chanting.
