Ark | Yoga Sound Immersion + Ecstatic Dance - Middle Pocket

A deep immersion in sound and movement... welcome to Ark.

Prepare for a blissful and soul-nourishing journey in sound, movement and vibration. Presented by Audioshrine along with Lab Leaked Beats and co-facilitated by Matarishvan (Yogi)... you're in very good hands.
We invite you to join us on Sunday the 28th April at 2pm for a 1 hour live sound bath and gentle-flow yoga session, followed by a 3 hour Ecstatic Dance presented by our incredibly talented music curators Lab Leaked Beats. 

The program is as follows:

2pm - 3pm: Gentle Flow Yoga with Matarishvan combined with a live deep sound immersion by Audioshrine. 

You will be guided through a series of gentle yoga poses, breathwork and meditation designed to prepare you in mind, body and spirit to fully enter the dance on every level. Dive into the wisdom and experience of an unbroken lineage of yoga teachers going eons back in time. Whilst immersed in this practice you will be enveloped in sounds from Audioshrine, as a live sound bath happens around you. Traditional instruments of old meet modern technological tools to create what can only be called the Audioshrine experience. 3pm - 6pm Ecstatic Dance

Get ready to move your body however you feel, in this 'free to express yourself' ecstatic dance. Expect a deep and soulful journey through ancient grounded tribal elements, feeding and energising you. We will gradually progress though the body from our deep earthly roots to the upper realms of our divine spirit. We dance together and at the same time hold space for each other to be on our own unique journey. This is not a dance at which to talk and be distracted in each other's story, but one to sink into and honour each others expressive beauty beyond words inside of the music.

Matarishvan

Matarishvan, belongs to an unbroken lineage of yoga teachers going eons back in time. Hailing from the Northern Rivers, LustR shares an eclectic array of earthy bass-lines, ranging from organic deep tribal, progressive house, melodic techno and psychedelic soundscapes. Keeping the dance floor entranced with her dynamic pulse, she holds an alluring yet grounding presence behind the decks. LustR's prowess in collaborating with sound guides an untaming and rewilding of the human senses, unifying playfulness, sensuality and deep inner journeying.LustR recently joined the Flow Music family with the release of her 333 Sessions mix last year and has shared her sound on the Love Camp stage at Earth Frequency Festival, Rabbits Eat Lettuce, Clitoverse, River Sounds Festival, Barefoot Beat, Sunday Kicks, Nudge Nudge Wink Wink, and has also graced an abundance of local favourite venues across the Northern Rivers.
