ARM BALANCE & INVERSION WORKSHOP

Join Maria for a workshop-style yoga practice designed to explore arm balances and inversions with confidence.

You will learn how to:

Build safe and sustainable foundations
Develop upper body strength and stability
Approach challenging shapes with curiosity and ease

This workshop is open to all levels. Whether you are lifting off for the first time or refining your balance, you will leave with tools to support and expand your practice.
