Help us continue our work in schools to reach youth who need us most

Why is this conversation important?

The number of children in Australia diagnosed with anxiety, depression or other mental health conditions is on the rise with the Kids helpline reporting that nearly 70% of all calls are specifically related to mental health, emotional wellbeing or suicide related concerns.

It is concerning that we are ever more seeing young people calling helplines due to suicidal thoughts and the erosion of their ability to cope with everyday life.

We need your help!

We are asking all the community to support our cause so those students/schools most in need and at high-risk can attend a funded program or session run by Armed For Life to assist them in building their capacity to recover from mental health issues and develop essential life skills.

Quiz night

This quiz night will have something for everyone. There will be a variety of topics ranging from current events to pop culture. Plus, an amazing door prize to be won! If you aren't great at trivia, come along to show your support for an important cause with friends, family or colleagues while raising money for a good cause. It’s a great way to show your support for youth affected by mental health issues and to make a difference in our community.
