Event description

You're invited to join us for an afternoon retreat in a sanctuary of reconnection, self love, inner stillness and joy guided by Emily Ruygrok, Angelo Swan and Jock Barns-Graham

We’ll start by grounding into intention and meditation, followed by a heart-opening yoga flow to awaken the body and spirit. From there, we’ll gently drift into a yin yoga sound journey, immersed in the soothing tones of flute, didgeridoo, singing bowls, guitar, and soft vocals. This is your space to release, receive love fully, and honour the magic of our incredible community.

Make sure you don't miss out by saving a space before you arrive. This class will run between 2.5hrs to 3 hrs long.
