Join us for Rise Renewed, a two-hour Aro Ha-style Mini Morning Retreat bringing the spirit of our award-winning New Zealand retreat to the shores of Sydney.

Guided by Aro Ha's Damian & Anna Chaparro, this sunrise gathering blends mindful movement, stillness, and reflection -  designed to reset your nervous system and reconnect you with what matters most.

Whether you’re a part of our alumni community or new to Aro Ha, all are welcome.
