Aroha Kirtan Meditation

Kirtan is the hearing and chanting of transcendental sound or mantras. By meditating on these beautiful transcendental sounds we can free the heart and mind of the stress and anxieties of daily life and begin to taste the inner happiness that we are always searching for.

Come and join us on the 30th of August at Karaka Pavilion, 10 Hinau Road, Karaka, Papakura 2113, New Zealand for a family friendly event which will be a music filled evening that will soothe the heart and mind.
