Claudia from Vision Yoga and Pilates
Claudia Terzi is founder and facilitator of Vision Yoga and Pilates. She regularly promotes and runs wellness events in different studios and community centres in the Auckland area and outside. Her practice and offerings are inspired by her experience of Contemporary Yoga, Pilates, Somatic Movement and Massage Therapy.
Yoga and Pilates are an ongoing journey, and as a teacher she keeps evolving and learning. Over the years she has experienced that Yoga is not just physical, but it is also a mental and spiritual practice and discipline. For her Yoga is the relationship that is built between the body, the mind and the breath and it is creating space free from obstacles in your own body to live, it is freedom and release and it is the practice to learn to be kind, truthful and honest with ourselves and others.
Dinny from Art Yoga
Dinny is co-founder and facilitator of Art Yoga / Meditative Art. She was born and raised in Italy where she studied Art graduating as a Graphic Designer and Photographer. In her twenties, she started traveling, and on her journey to personal growth, she got in contact with Yoga and she decided to dive deeper into this discipline, finally gaining her Yoga Teacher Training. Since she was little, art has always been an essential part of her life along her journey. This powerful tool is her natural vocation, for this very reason she continued her personal and professional development and dove her knowledge towards different artistic disciplines particularly focused in self-healing, self-exploration and self-esteem.
Art Yoga was organically born from this belief, inspiring people to believe in themselves and honor who they are and their intentions.
