About us
Claudia from Vision Yoga and Pilates
Claudia Terzi is founder and facilitator of Vision Yoga and Pilates. She regularly promotes and runs wellness events in different studios and community centres in the Auckland area and outside. Her practice and offerings are inspired by her experience of Contemporary Yoga, Pilates, Somatic Movement and Massage Therapy. Yoga and Pilates are an ongoing journey, and as a teacher she keeps evolving and learning. Over the years she has experienced that Yoga is not just physical, but it is also a mental and spiritual practice and discipline. For her Yoga is the relationship that is built between the body, the mind and the breath and it is creating space free from obstacles in your own body to live, it is freedom and release and it is the practice to learn to be kind, truthful and honest with ourselves and others.
