Here’s what to bring for your 2 hour sensory experience:

Bring whatever you need to make yourself as comfortable as possible as you will be lying down on the ground during the sound journey.
Comfortable layers, a pillow or blanket
Optional journal for notes or reflections however paper will be provided
Don't eat anything too heavy two hours prior to the event, have something light and fresh.

You’ll be enveloped in soothing crystal bowls, ocean drums, chimes & beating drum, accompanied by pure essential-oil aromatherapy from Young Living, designed to restore, relax, and rejuvenate.
