Event description
AromaDance is a combined free-form dance and aromatherapy experience. Dance to an inspirational mix of world and contemporary music while applying essential oils to the seven main chakra points to promote balance, grounding and centredness. The session ends with a guided relaxation. No dance experience is required and there is no choreography or steps to learn. This is a stress-busting activity for women over 14 years of age.
Please bring a water bottle plus a yoga mat if you would like to lie down for the meditation. Wear separates (e.g. top and pants) to be able to apply the essential oils to your tummy. We dance with bare feet.
The session is hosted in the Stage Light Studio, upstairs off the theatre's foyer. Free parking is available across the road in the public car park.
