You will be guided on an internal journey with assistance of doTERRA essential oils to ground us into our bodies and balance our energy centres. Followed by a soothing Yoga Nidra to shed any unwanted layers and prepare our bodies to deeply integrate the frequencies of the sound journey allowing you to travel beyond the constructs of the human mind, deepen your experience and continue to release tension and restore inner balance.
You will be greeted into the practice with a sacred smoke cleanse + a ceremonial cacao ready to be supported into a deep surrender and blissful evening of self care and nurturing. You will leave feeling emotionally balanced, inspired and empowered ✨
WHAT TO BRING:
✨ Please bring a yoga mat, a blanket, a pillow and or bolster, to make your experience as enjoyable as possible. Please wear something comfortable that you’re able to lay down in and some socks to keep your feet warm 🙂 arrive with an open heart and big smile.
