Event description
Come join me for an outdoor aromaZen around the fire under the stars.
AromaZen is a 90 minute healing journey, where we go through a three-part meditation, it takes us through our chakras using the dōTERRA essential oils, moving down into a yoga nidra and finishing off with a sound bath. It is a healing journey that was created to manage the damaging ongoing effects of chronic stress and anxiety. The process is deeply restorative.
Everything is supplied for but if you would like to bring your own pillow, eye mask and blanket you are more than welcome too.
Please arrive at 6:30pm for complementary herbal tea for a 6:45pm start.
This is open to any age or gender.
Tickets are $40 cash and you can purchase one through Humanitix to reserve your spot.
Location will be given 3pm on the day of the event.
