ARPAS DE VERACRUZ Y SON JAROCHO - Live Traditional Harp and Music from Veracruz, MEXICO - A Music and Dance Concert

Los Quetzales Mexican Dance Ensemble presents a special 25th anniversary program 'Arpas de Veracruz y Son Jarocho.'  Veracruz and Son Jarocho (a traditional style of music and dance unique to this state).  This concert has special guest artists, master harpist Delfino Guerrero, Gabriel Hernandez Sosa, and Ramiro Alfonso Aldama Jarocho Ensemble, expert musicians of the traditional "son jarocho" music of Veracruz.  The program will showcase the diverse dance styles of Mexico with a main focus around the rich culture and traditions of the southern state of Veracruz.  World cultures and history merged at the Gulf of Mexico, a main port of entry, creating the beautiful rich culture that Veracruz embraces today.
