Schedule:

6pm - 11pm: 1921 Biergarten Open

6pm - 11pm: Maker Market

7pm - 8:30pm: Live Music from Wicked Game Band

This celebration is rooted in our belief that museums should be relevant to our modern communities. The museum’s Urban Manufacturing Incubator works to support the local small-scale manufacturing community in DC, which is composed of two groups: Artisan Makers + Craft Beverage Producers. These groups are directly related to Heurich history - the historic mansion was built and decorated by local craftspeople from 1892-1894 and the Chr. Heurich Brewing Co. (1872-1956) produced DC’s hometown beer brand for over 80 years.

The museum’s biergarten, 1921, which is located in the historic carriage house and beautiful Castle Garden just south of Dupont Circle, features Oktoberfest tables and fire pits.

This event is free to attend. RSVPs are requested, but not required.

Please note the historic house will not be open. Guests interested in visiting can book a tour online for another date.
