Sunday afternoons are for slowing down, softening, and coming home to yourself. At the close of your week, gift yourself some nourishing “me time” in a therapeutic arts and wellbeing circle - a gentle, sacred space to gather, create, and connect. Sunday 14th September 2-4pm

WHAT

Together, we’ll explore creative expression through art, guided meditation and soulful sharing. We’ll also tune in with oracle cards to deepen our connection with spirit and intuition, allowing insights to emerge and creativity to flow with ease.

No art skills are needed - just an open heart and a curious spirit. Here, art is not about perfection but about listening to your intuition, following the colours that call to you and letting inspiration flow through your hands. This circle is all about play, presence and the joy of discovery. All art materials are lovingly provided.

In circle, we'll paint, create, laugh, share soulful chats, meditate and explore creativity as a pathway to self-discovery, inspiration, balance and joy 😊.

ABOUT YOUR FACILITATOR

Hi lovely,

I’m Louise 💜

I’m a holistic art therapy practitioner, teacher, counsellor, life coach and intuitive artist. For over 20 years I’ve been creating nurturing spaces where people can heal, grow and reconnect with themselves, and others, in meaningful ways. I dearly love this work and it still lights me up every single day!

After being on the path of soul evolution for many years, my own journey with art started later in life. I discovered just how healing and transformational creativity can be.

Now, for me, painting and creativity feels like meditation! I get lost in the colours, drop into the present moment and somehow come out the other side feeling lighter, calmer, and completely re-energised. I feel more deeply connected to my spirit and receive insights from my higher self that I may not discover in any other way. That’s the feeling I want others to experience too.

I really believe art is for everyone—it’s not about being a perfect “artist.” It’s about play, expression and discovering new parts of yourself that may have gone unseen before now. I’ve witnessed so many people find confidence, healing and joy through creativity and it makes my heart truly happy to see those transformations. Art can truly connect us with our inner guidance, spirit and knowing.

Alongside art therapy, I’ve gathered lots of tools along the way— with certifications in NLP, Time-Line Therapy, Hypnotherapy, Multiple Brain Integration & Meditation Facilitator - I also have a Bachelors degree in Arts, Bachelor of Laws and Graduate Diploma in Education. All of my learning has been with one purpose in mind - to grow into a facilitator who can gently hold space for others to heal, awaken and evolve. I carry a deep belief that when we find healing within ourselves—one heart, one soul at a time—we contribute to the collective healing of humanity. And as each of us transforms, our world becomes a brighter, kinder, and more beautiful place. This is the legacy that I desire to create before I leave this earthly home!

At the heart of it all, I simply love holding safe, welcoming, transformational spaces where you can explore, express and remember just how much magic already lives inside you. ✨ I can't wait to welcome you into our next circle!
